Our story

Built for the messages that need to land

Identika was founded in 2007 in Ashburn, Virginia to help organizations communicate with more clarity, relevance, and purpose. Since then, the agency has grown through government work where the message has to reach the right people, in the right language, at the right moment.

Today, Identika pairs multicultural marketing expertise with the strategy, creative, and campaign systems B2B leaders need to compete. The work spans public awareness, social impact, brand development, demand generation, and executive positioning.

From Ashburn and the Washington DC Metro area, we serve organizations nationwide with teams and partners built around the needs of the campaign—not a one-size-fits-all process.

How we work

The principles behind the work

Strategic clarity

We start with the decision, audience, and measurable outcome—not a list of deliverables.

Cultural relevance

We build campaigns around the communities they need to reach, not generic assumptions about them.

Creative accountability

The work must be memorable, accessible, and connected to a real communication objective.

Partnership

We work as an extension of the team accountable for the mission, market, and result.
