The challenge
KD Panels U.S. had a premium commercial product story but no consistent marketing path that turned market attention into qualified inquiries. Identika was engaged to make the brand and its marketing more attractive to commercial buyers—strengthening positioning, social media, SEO, lead-generation funnels, conversion resources, and email nurture while steering low-fit residential interest away from commercial paths.
The strategic insight
Commercial buyers do not all need the same message. Identika organized the U.S. strategy around three research-informed journeys: the Specifier, the Decision-Maker, and the Fabricator. Each journey paired a distinct set of questions with the proof, resources, and next step most useful at that point in evaluation.
Building the lead-generation engine
Identika turned the brand strategy into a demand-generation system. It paired the three messaging pillars—Product Confidence, Brand Trust, and Project Enablement—with a refreshed social-media approach, search priorities, lead funnels, lead magnets, and nurture-email paths designed to help commercial audiences move from discovery to conversation.
- Material Matters made technical benefits, specifications, and certifications easier to understand.
- Built for Bold Spaces used project-led inspiration to connect material choices to commercial environments.
- From Shop to Site created room for process, logistics, and installation-focused storytelling.
Turning attention into qualified inquiry
Social content, technical SEO, priority-market discovery, conversion-focused landing pages, lead magnets, analytics, and persona-led email nurture were designed as one connected path. The roadmap prioritized commercial search intent nationally, with Arizona and Florida identified as priority U.S. markets. It also defined two conversion-resource paths: a Specifier Toolkit for documentation-led evaluation and a Finish Match Field Guide for commercial consistency and sample-request conversations.
Creative built to earn the next step
The supplied creative illustrates how the strategy could live across commercial-interiors trend content, project storytelling, website positioning, and visual education. Rather than treating content as isolated posts, the system was designed so a core idea could build visibility, create demand, and give sales teams practical material for commercial conversations.
